When purchasing a patented cylinder, you will receive a property card. It is essential to keep it safe. This card is associated with an identity document. It proves the legitimacy of your ownership and is essential for requesting duplicates of keys and cylinders. It thus offers peace of mind against unauthorized reproductions.
Note:Protect your interests by requiring the patent number. Many cylinders are sold as controlled but actually do not have a patent or the patent has expired.

How does it work?Access to the cabinet is done via a personal PIN code. Each key and each set of keys is carefully locked in the cabinet. The green LEDs indicate the keys you can use, while those with red LEDs remain locked and cannot be removed. To return a key, enter your PIN code again, and an orange LED will guide you to the return location.

You just need to send us a request with your ownership card and a valid ID. No need for the original key. You will receive an identical one.
